Abstract
Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE), is a multisystemic disease with an unknown etiology. It is especially frequent in females. SLE has a vasculitic feature and may affect many systems of the body1. SLE is a chronic inflammatory disease that affects the kidneys in about 50%of patients. Lupus nephritis is a major risk factor for overall morbidity and mortality in SLE2. We present a case of 35 year old female admitted with chief complaint of fever, swelling of both feet and decreased urine output.
