Abstract
Effective leadership in healthcare management plays a pivotal role in influencing organizational performance, staff morale, and patient outcomes. This paper explores various leadership styles within the context of healthcare, considering their impact on team dynamics, organizational culture, and the quality of patient care. The study delves into the transformational, transactional, and servant leadership styles, examining their application and effectiveness in healthcare settings. The paper addresses the obstacles and opportunities linked with enacting different leadership styles, contemplating the unique necessities and complexities of the healthcare industry.
