Abstract
Sinus histiocytosis with massive lymphadenopathy (Rosai Dorfman disease) is an uncommon benign condition, often confused with lymphoma. Patients usually have massive enlargement of cervical lymph nodes. We describe here a 63 year old male patient who presented with generalised massive lymphadenopathy & tonsillar enlargement. His histopathology report was suggestive off Sinus histiocytosis with massive lymphadenopathy. He was started on low dose steroids and recovered completely.
