Title: Spontaneous Rupture of Papillary Renal Cell Carcinoma: A Rare Presentation

Abstract

38 year-old hypertensive male patient presented with left flank swelling and pain of 2 days duration. Evaluation of the patient revealed a large left renal subcapsular hematoma with poorly functioning left kidney. Left nephrectomy was performed. Histopathology revealed papillary renal cell carcinoma.
