Abstract

·         Delayed Cases, However, Are Rare.

·         Radial Head Is Always Dislocated And Ulna May Be In Nonunion Or Malunion.

·         Traditional Technique – Over Gain The Ulner Lenth To Allow Smooth Relocation Of Radial Head.

·         However, Relocation Of Redial Head Is Often Impossible – Due To Dense Scar Tissue In Radio Capitellar + Pruj.

·         And Dissecting The Scar Tissue In The Proximal Joints Carries A Risk Of Posterior Interosseous Nerve Injury.

·         Hence Radial Head Excision Is Recommended In Delayed Situations…

·         With Out The Risk Of Proximal Migration Of Radius & Wrist Pain.
